Auto Detailing

Auto detailing is a great way to keep your vehicle, no matter its age, looking great! We probably go overboard when our work is compared to your run of the mill car wash or production line detail shop. What will you receive when we detail your vehicle?

Exterior

We wash your car twice during the exterior process. The first wash gets all the mud, dirt, grime, road tar, and anything else you pick up off the vehicle. We also do a vigorous removal of bugs off the front end, mirrors, windshield, etc. Let’s not forget those wheels, the wheels receive a very deep cleaning to remove brake dust and debris. We also clean the tires, as users of tire shine products may find over time their tires have turned a nasty brown color.  The vehicle is blow dried, so that we can perform iron decontamination. This process removes any contaminants that the first wash won’t remove, like etched metal particles into your paint and likely not visible to the naked eye. This process makes your vehicles paint not only cleaner, but smoother before any protection is applied. After the decontamination process, the vehicle is washed a second time, which guarantees us a clean surface going forward. And then we blow dry, and towel dry your vehicle once we’ve applied a hydrophobic ceramic sealant to its exterior paint, glass, and wheels. We finish up the exterior by applying a mid-gloss tire shine, cleaning any remaining glass like mirrors, and apply a trim protectant to any exterior moldings or bumper pads that may be faded from sunlight.

Interior

Anything goes with an interior detail, and just when we think we’ve seen it all, something new challenges us! You spend all of your time inside your car, this is where you notice the dirtiness of it all. We start by using compressed air to remove large dirt and debris that is stuck in all of the “nooks and crannies” of your interior components with all of the hand tools we need to do the job. Next, we vacuum the interior completely and if necessary, we will spot extract any upholstery that needs attention. We then clean and condition all leather upholstery (if applicable) with leather specific products. We clean all interior glass and any touch screens with products designed specifically for those items, then finish out the interior detail with either a low gloss or matte finish UV protectant that keeps your interior looking new and protects against fading, cracks, or other damage related to sunlight and excessive heat.

When scheduling, please plan to leave your vehicle for the day and pick it up the following day once you’ve been contacted that it is complete. Our average time for detailing a large crew cab truck is 8-10 hours. Of course, the amount of time a vehicle detail takes always depends on how much time we need to complete the process.

** Please note that additional charges will incur for any excessive pet hair removal, excessive upholstery extraction, removal of any seats or other interior components, or carpet removal to extract spoiled milk or bodily fluids.

Ceramic Coatings

Ceramic coatings are an excellent investment for a new or used vehicle, especially if you plan to keep it for many years. All ceramic coatings include a complete interior detail as listed in our detailing options. As technology changes, so do the products we offer! Our ceramic coating package will include either one, two or three steps of paint correction to make your vehicle look flawless prior to applying the ceramic coating itself. We use a premium, high quality ceramic coating that is rated for 10 years of protection!

One thing that other detailers will not (or forget) to mention is that a ceramic coated vehicle needs exceptional care. Every one of our customers who receives ceramic coating will also receive a bottle of our pH balanced car wash soap. This means you should avoid all automatic car washes, as the alkaline in those soaps is abrasive and will prematurely deteriorate your ceramic coating.

Due to the amount of time it takes to perform a complete ceramic coating process, and our availability, please plan to leave your vehicle for at least 2-3 days.

Paint Correction

Paint correction is the process of using various compounds to eliminate scratches, scuffs, oxidation, contamination, or other paint defects from your vehicle. Or maybe the paint on your car just needs restoration back to its original luster! With any paint correction inquiries, it is recommended for a visual inspection to discuss what the best plan of action is to make your vehicle look its best!
